Verify 12VDC at the coil pack harness connectors on each bank.
Assuming Speartech uses stock power distribution, you can easily check this by testing any injector connector for 12VDC when probing to ground w/ the key in the RUN position. You should find 12VDC on one of the two pins, with your meter's negative probe grounded.
