1985 Regal Wiring help Took out the stock v6 and auto yesterday. Took out the ac assembly today and now I want to takle the wiring before I buy my engine(hoping for a 6.0 w/a 4l80E)and stand alone engine harness. Ok now my question is what do I need too keep? Im not using my factory guages if that helps any.

Power wires from the C100, IGN to engage a fuseblock IGN relay, fuel pump wire
For aftermarket gauges, bundle the gauge sender wires and PCM outputs into one harness lead and run them into the interior. Add a fuse point in the block for the gauges along with an engine harness ground. Id suggest running an in line connector in case the engine needs to be removed later. This keeps you from needing to disassemble the gauges when pulling an engine
