1) Drill out the pass cyl head and tap it to fit the old school sender
2) Turn down an old school sender and cut threads on it to match the LSx CTS
3) Use a 98 LS1 Fbody CTS which incorporates the CTS and temp sender into one sensor
4) Remote mount the sender. Drill/tap the WP, weld a threaded bung onto a short length of 1.75" pipe and splice it in the radiator hose, use an adapter to mount it on the radiator etc
