You can have the harness redone and get the right pedal and throttle body assemblies and swap out. As long as the cable throttle body has the sensors in it you should be okay, or at least that is my understanding and I could be wrong. I have yet to do it, but that is what I am planning to do soon.

http://lt1swap.com/cable_conversion.htm

pretty basic stuff, you'll remove all the drivebywire stuff from the pcm, you will take your oil pressure plug and use it for tps (it goes over where to pin it in) you'll need to find a iac pigtail (gm sells them or any junk yard) and you'll pin it in how it says on the page above.

you will need to find the right pcm that can work with your harness/sensors yet has both the capability to control an iac/tps or dbw. contact jdharkey@gmail.com he got me all setup and had the right pcm for my application for a good price.
