MAF sensor wiring

I have a 5.3L from a 2004 Avalanche that I put in my Mustang and I need the pinout for the MAF sensor. It's 5 wires and I have pin 31 on the green connector but need to know the rest.Thanks,Mark.

Tan wire-- C2, pin 25
Black wire-- C2 pin 57
yellow wire-- C2 pin 31
Pink-- 12 volt, 15 amp fuse
Black/white-- ground

Thanks, just hooked it up. I was hoping this was the problem for the stumbling and slow throttle response,but it wasn't.
