I am considering building a split air intake system to go over the top of my radiator and collect air from two locations in front of it. I have done the math and figured out that two 2.5 inch pipes merging into a 3.5 inch attached to the MAF will provide enough area. Now I want to look at air filters that have a 2.5 inch inlet. I believe I am going to want a couple that are oblong in shape. Any suggestions on one of the Air filter manufacturers that have a catalog where you can search by inlet size? All I can find are catalogs by vehicle application. Thanks for your help.
