I would not do it, you would be leaving mucho power on the table.....
I would look at something like these ranges for the intake:
228-230= mild and very tame
236-240=still mild
The exhaust duration you can play with depending on what heads you use and the Exhaust/Intake ratio of the heads, plus your exhaust system.....
