LSX into foxbody?
ive got a 2001 5.3l goinginto a '93 mustang coupe. ive purchased the aje k-member but as ive been looking into putting a 5-speed behind it i havent found much tech so far.
i have a t-5 and have seen the quicktime bellhousing for mechanical linkage, will this work for a cable clutch? can i swap the pivot ball to the other side of the bell housing to accomodate the t-5 clutch fork?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

http://www.mylrs.com/blogs/lrs/archi...ng-part-1.aspx this deals specifically with the 5 speed behind the ls series and the obstacles and unique parts needed and so forth. hope this points you in a good direction.

6speed cross member is sold by AJE and he will give all the details. Basically the mustang is cable clutch and 6speed is hydraulic and the clutch pedal has to be modified to push in the clutch master cylinder. Thats why late model mustang went with the 5speed as its a cable clutch still. I used the tilton master cylinder from summit and modified my stock clutch crossshaft, email if you want details.
