Cams???? What to buy???
Cams???? What to buy??? Seeing as most of us here have a mix of vehicle weights, set-ups, trannies, etc, has anyone found success with doing a simple cam swap to gain some ponies?
I have my '02 LS1 w/ LS6 intake T56, 4.10 gear in my 3000 pound Nova and would like to stab a cam in it. I have heard/read of guys with a camaro or vette that put down 400/450+ HP at the wheels with a "MS3 Cam" or "MS4 Cam". Would one of these simple off-the-shelf cams work with my set-up?
What experience out there proves this?
