Stock intake question, is this fixable?

Stock intake question, is this fixable? Tried a search but didn't get anything. Bought a new intake off ebay and it arrived with the piece in the picture broken. Other than trying to glue it back together, is it possible to pop the old circle piece off and replace it completely? Do these things unscrew? I don't want to start pulling on it and end up breaking it more.

I would try to remove it, if you cant, I would grind it flat and drill it out, and insert a brass pipe thread hose fitting in the hole. $2.00 fix

If you can't fix it I have 2 or 3 of the truck intakes laying around the shop if you need one. Pay for shipping and I will get it out to ya. I hate to see people get screwed on Ebay myself included.

That's generous of you and I'll keep your offer in mind. This is actually my second one to come broken, which makes it even less fun. I'm heading out tomorrow to try and fix it as suggested and I'll let you know how it goes.
