Default New to LS swaps

Im doing a LS swap on my 92 5.0. I dont a thing about LS motors. Im going to use a 6.0 truck motor and stroke it out to 421 ci. Im running a carb. I guess the question is what interchanges with what, which factory heads handle 200 shot of spray? I was going to use 234# heads but heard L92 are better. Any help Thanks.

L92 heads are a better flowing head.....and should match up with your stroker very well. They should also handle the nitrous well.
