Old S10s are cool to....wink Anyone have any pics of an LS1 or LT1 in an 1st gen S10?
My plans for this summer just want to see if anyone else has had fun with one of these!
Is there a mounting kit for an LS1 conversion for these?

As far as I know there is no conversion kit available yet.
Old school chevy motor mounts "clam shell" style should easely
fit the ls1 mounts that bolt to the block. Position them were desired
and weld them in. As far as a cross member,mine was a self fabbed unit.
Shorty headers from new chevy trucks should work w/little modification.

I've seen several of these conversions. There was one on Ebay a while back and there is a company that specializes in S10 to LT1 and LS1 conversions, I'll see if I can find it and post it here later.
