Default fuel system help

here's the deal. i'm running a 15 gallon aluminum fuel cell from jegs. i have a line from the sump to the fuel pump, from the pump to the regulator, from the regulator to the fuel filter, and then from the filter to the fuel rail. there is also a return line from the bottom of the regulator to the fuel cell. my truck came with a evap (charcoal) canister. i'm wondering what to do with it now. i also want to know what i should do with the evap valve on the fuel rail. should i just take everything out and cap the vacume line that connects to the intake manifold neck? what do you guys think?

also, towards the back driver's side of the fuel rail, there is a little box with 2 vacume lines coming out. one goes to the box on the back of the intake where the brake booster line hooks to, and i don't know where the other one goes. can somebody please help me. thanks a lot.

I see pretty much all high pressure fuel systems designed with the filter before the regulator. Not sure why other than to account for the drop in volume after the filter, but I'd rearrange things accordingly if I were you.

If your fuel cell uses a vented cap and has no provisions for a vapor return, I'd cap off the evac valve on the intake manifold and be done with it.

I agree on moving the filter, also assures no trash goes through regulator and any pressure drop when the filter gets the least bit dirty.
