lt1 to ls1 conversion question

lt1 to ls1 conversion question I am fixing to do a lt to ls conversion and i have one question about doing it do i have to change the entire engine cradle or just the frame mounts
It has been done both ways.. but it would be better if you find a LS1 K-Member.. thinks would just fit better and well be less problems in the long run.
I am assuming it is a early 4th Gen F-Body ?
