98 ta with 02 motor
the 02 doesn't have EGR but does have LS6 intake. As long as you are getting the whole engine you'll be fine. They have differant heads and valve covers. The 02 has coil brackets and the 98 does not. so if you don't get the coils and brackets with the 02 motor you will need to find them. You will need to use the 98 coolant sensor also. But other then that it'll bolt right in.
Ya the 1998 has the 3-wire Oil Press Sensor and Water Temp Sensor. You will need to put these Sensors on the '02 Engine for it to work correctly in your '98 car.
