Testing harness before bringing to shop to break in new engine. I'm hopefully going to be dropping off my car to get the new engine broken in, along with a speed density dyno tune. What is the best way w/o efi or other tuning suite, to test to make sure my harness is good.
The plan was go pin by pin on the pcm connection and check the corresponding sensor. Along with connecting my ING source and making sure everything powered up.

Test continuity of every single pin on the PCM then the common IGN and grounds then fuse points and relays
Set the meter to the lowest setting it has. Under 1.5ohms is acceptable, but an ohm or two above wont hurt anything. A bad connection will be obvious, generally 200+ ohms
