Default Help with initial ECU programming

I am about ready to fire my LS1 (from a 2004 Holden Commodore) that has been installed in an 81 Corvette. I need some help to make sure I configure my ECU correctly (I am using HP Tuners) so that I don't get any annoying/unexpected bugs when I fire it.

These are the things that I want to check:
- I have removed the AC system so what settings do I need to disable/alter?
- I have removed the original oil pressure sensor (the Commodores got the 0-5V sensor, where as some other cars got the low pressure switch if I am right?) so what do I need to change to ensure that this doesn't do anything?
- I will need to disable the VATs
- Any other options I should change?

Basicly I want to make sure that I don't get any pointless DTCs or the engine defaulting into some low power mode or something because it thinks something is wrong.

I know someone has probably asked this stuff before but I couldn't find any really good answers to all of these questions when I searched the forums. If someone knows of a post that answers these please post the link.
