Header build for LSX in Chassis car
Header build for LSX in Chassis car Nobody makes headers for my application, so we decided to make them ourselves. They are 304 stainless with .500 flanges and 2 inch primaries. They are just tacked in place and we are going to fully weld them this weekend. Than comes time to design collectors. Enjoy. Eric L

Looks good, building headers isnt as nad as everyone thinks. I used a prebent kit and modified from there, but only because it was cheaper. Wish i went with stainless, i figured i would ceramic coat mine. Qny plans for coating?
Can I be next in line? Lol damn I wish I had a friend to help fabricate custom headers. I have brp mid lengths in my drag only s-10 lq9/L92s. 1 3/4 primaries and would love 2" fenderwell headers but nobody makes them that I know of... but good job man excellent work!
buy a welder and have at it! Get them fitted, then just tack weld everything together, then bring it to a shop to finalize the welds. Thats what i would have done if i didn't have a tig.
