Default Using the engine fuse/relay box

Hey guys, is there a write-up to using the stock engine bay fusebox to power my ls swap? I thought I ran across one but the search engine isn't helping me out at all...

I have rewired my harness to be standalone, elimanated the C plugs also.. follow my Nova link (in sig) to page #3 and post #46. I rewired one of the two fuse boxes (repin and wired it).

Doesn't give step by step. but will show you what I did.
