This is a common swap and we run a TBSS LS2 with the same setup in our Nova (11.35@118mph with cam swap only).

We have a new harness for that application (EV6 connectors, 5 pin MAF, extensions for the cam and knock sensors), remember, the LS2 has 2 wire knock sensors so you will have to change to older style LS1 knock sensors (1 wire) and thread them into the side of the block. You will need to either run a 4 to 3 bolt adapter for a stock LS1 throttle body, or get an aftermarket 4 bolt throttle body. Cost for a PCM with tune is $200. Cost for a NEW harness as described above is $529. This includes everything you need to run engine and vss/reverse lockout for transmission. Fuse block and relays included.
