What harmonic balancer for 6.0 LS1???? What harmonic balancer for 6.0, LS1???? I got almost all my swap parts for the 6.0
The motor is a 6.0 09 model. I want to use all the F-Body accessories as its going into a 81 vette. So Can I use a F-Body balancer?? will this work??

Yes you can use an f-body harmonic balancer. I have a 2003 LQ4 6.0 LS engine and thats what I used. They are around $65 from the dealership brand new. I ordered mine for a 2002 Camaro LS1 and it worked perfect.

Hello Sir. In that Corvette you should use the front drive acc for a 97 and up Corvette. That way you want get any problems with the alternator and the AC. Maybe the Camaro setup will work, newer done that, uses only Corvette for the Corvette. But truck acc is for truck damper and vette is for vette and F is for F, they are not interchangeable. Or yes you can, but then you need spacers for the water pump and the rest of you're need machine work.
