Default square body s10 build

been buying parts for a few weeks the truck is a 1991 gmc sonoma 2wd regular cab manual brakes manual steering. iv had a few different motors in it from a 406 350 379 and a lt1. every since i first built the truck in 07 iv always wanted a ls1. the lt1 got my feet wet in fuel injection and wiring. i got a good deal on a 5.3 and decided to build it. a few parts iv bought are

1.8 harlan sharp roller rockers
typhoon intake 85mm with matching 85mm throttle body
mahle forged pistons
stock crank
stock rods with arp bolts
felpro gasket kit
gm high performance head bolts
ls1 lifters
862 heads that will be port matched to intake

the harness i have is a 02 camaro harness still gotta buy the pcm. how much is a mail order tune on average? id like to get the tuning software eventually but for right now im just gonna get a mail order tune.

tranny im running is a 350 th manual valve body i have a 8in converter that should do about 4k in my light s10. next year i plan on swapping to a 4l80e or a t56. right now to save money im gonna run with the 350th.

still trying to figure out what cam i need, its not a daily driver but i do plan on driving it quite a bit. any suggestions on a cam? compression should be about 10.6

i have a small nitrous kit i plan on installing on it, id also like the cam to be boost friendly if i decide to put a turbo on it.

thought about trying to see if i can reflange my long tube headers to ls1 flange anybody had any luck doing this? if not im gonna buy a set of shorties off ebay for 260 or so.

well picked my motor up from the machine shop today... got the block under paint and started installing the crank. i have to order a torque angle gauge off ebay before i can torque the mains down.

When installing the main bolts is it recommended to put any kind of oil on the bolts or arp fastener lube?
