If not what do you think? what is the purpose of not having o2 sensors and knock sensors?

My 2006 L59 drive by wire runs like a top and the quality of the harness is fantastic.
o2 and knock sensors are going to allow your engine to run in closed loop, how it was designed to run, to get better fuel economy and overall driveability.
