Elec fan control...Need tuner program?? Hi everyone,
I have searched but have not really found a definitive answer. I have a 2004 5.3L from a Tahoe with the factory harness modded to stand alone. My question is: do I need a programmer to have it turn on my electric fan? The engine had a mech. fan on it. Seems that some believe that blue pin 42 will turn on my fan and others say it won't. Any way of knowing without needing to warm my car up to 230*F.
