Noob to the LSx world Hey all, i just found this site a few days ago and have been spending countless hours pouring over all the threads and pics and vids and links. The GM LSx engine family seems to pretty much be a fit all. I love it!! I been kick'n around the idea of doing a swap for a while now, and would like to do 2 projects, 84-90 C4 vette, and a Porshce 928. I have seen a few threads on the 928, but have not been able to find any on the vettes. How difficult would the retrofit be to replace the L98 with an LS1? Has anyone done this that might be able to share some pics and details of their project? Also, in general numbers, what kind of costs are involved in a project like this? As far as the 928 goes, that is my ultimate, so if anyone has completed one of these conversions and would like to share some details and wisdom, PLEASE do!!
