conversion with 700r4 question

conversion with 700r4 question I want to try and put my ls6 in my 1991 camaro and was wondering is there any way to switch the input shaft from the 4l60e into the 700r4 to make it work
That trans should work as is, as long as you get the correct flexplate and hub adapter.

part number 12621399, came with everything i needed (flexplate spacer and bolts).
got them through gmpartsdirect.com
you can order the above part number first and when it arrives check and see if the bolts and spacer are there (as this is hit and miss and not supposed to be a kit any longer... if all does not come in the kit the you need to order:
#12563532 (spacer)
and (6) bolts part #19257940
