should run fine without the MAF.. mine does..
sounds like a bad cam or crank sensor or wiring to either.
in my case, I had the TPS wired backwards (going DBC on a DBW harness).. but it would start with starter fluid. unplugged the TPS and it fired right up.
air, fuel and spark..
from the Noid test it seems the injectors are firing
you know you have air and compression
so the only thing left is ignition.. which depend on the two sensors.
