Need help identifying this plug

Need help identifying this plug? It comes out near the 5 wire MAF. It has a thicker gauge Red wire, Black wire, thin pink and thin brown wire. Could this be a fan relay? I picked this harness from a local junk yard out of a 2000 Sierra GMC 1500 truck.

What would require a relay in that area of the engine in a truck? The only thing I can think of is a fan relay but I thought trucks did not have electric fans

So I found something that is possible! Would it be where the air pump relay goes?
