Removing Harness from 2005 GTO

Removing Harness from 2005 GTO I am removing the harness from a wrecked 2005 GTO for a LS@ conversion to a 70 Lemans Sport.
I have the main harness and PCM and TCM out. I removed the pedal and was going to just cut the plugs to the DBW and OBDII connedctors and splice later. The dash is not coming out of the GTO and I don't want to destroy as I am selling the body complete later on with interior.
What else do I need to take, is the BCM needed for anything? I read somehwere the LS2 alternator needs it.
