2nd Gen Eclipse LSX Swap?

I see alot of LSX swaps into Mazda RX7s & Nissan 240ZXs but wondered if anyone had swapped an LSX into a second Gen Mitsubishi Eclipse?

This would be very cool, and the looks would be nice, as its a decent looking car.

be ready to do everything the guy who swapped the focus did....

custom subframe, floor cutting for the trans and such. no idea out back, but their would be alot of work involved, but the end product i would easily envy,

i thought about this, but with limited space, and skills, and time, mustang was my choice.

There is a SBC swap in an eclipse on youtube it looks like **** and is a one wheel wonder but props tothem for doing it. As far as the rear dif find an awd vehicle that way there is a rear end in it already althought its a fairly weak rear its called a 4 bolt rear. And as far as the FWD cars i believe they have all the mounting spots as the AWD cars so there will be allot less fabbing on the rear end than WTFocus.
