I have 03-04 truck DBW schematics, like 41 pages, send me email address and I will send them to you.

Here are some pics of the harness and PCM. I have everything wire tied to the engine stand and have jumpers to get power so I can start it. I have a light bulb hooked into the fuel pump relay so I can see it like the pump is running.

So I've now sent 3 sets of wiring diagrams to fellow LS1Techies.... I hope they help and are what was needed.

Hey man I appreciate the wiring diagrams! Quick question, why does c1 only go from 1-44? Are the rest not used, like 45-80. Also, the c2 same way 1-40 will the 41-80 not get used?

Not quite sure what you mean. There are many pins in the connectors not used. There are 40 pins in each connector. I think I have PCM connector pin outs for the truck harnesses but they changed Alldata since I printed out my schematics and they are now in different places. I was a little tougher to find things this time. I hope I got all the schematics that were relevant. the Camaro had about half as many schamatics than the truck but the newer vehicles have more garbage in the harnesses than the older ones.

I think I'm just confusing myself, I don't have my harness here to look at but I think I recall now that there are alot of pins that didn't have wires. I'm real green to all this so please excuse the stupid questions lol

The only stupid question is the one not asked. I have only rewired one harness to this point so I am no expert. I do have an A.S.E. in electrical and my engine does run on the stand. I just want to share my experience and knowledge. I hope what sent you helps.

It should! I'm fairly decent with wires if I actually sit down and look at it but I get side tracked and it waits for another day lol but thanks again!

Yhe only thing you need help with is PCM reprogramming. Unless you buy software (HP Tuners) and do it that way. Thats what I did but it cost me $500 on ebay. I think it will be worth it in the long run, it will work on my Vette too.

Yes, and it's made by Honda for Ricers! Seriously though, Kinda behind on this thread but, call PSI Conversion for a very well priced NEW harness for a conversion. You buy a stock harness for 2-300 dollars and then screw with it to MAKE it work or send it to someone to get re-worked and at the end of the day you still have a used harness. 499.00 for a new one, ready to go isn't bad at all to me. People with the patience and know how are doing well with their stock ones though.
