93 POS notchback build

had a pretty busy weekend with the car. i decided that my hi ram needed a throttle body to match it so i went to summit and bought this beautiful work of art. it took a little effort to get it dialed in but she starts and idles almost perfect now.
i also picked up some rear discs for the car from north race cars. the car should trap 155+ now so drums just wont cut it anymore.
im planning on having my 317s CNCed this winter. i only need about 100 more horse and ill be happy.

took the car back to the dyno to tune it after the hi ram and the throttle body. i found the limits of this small turbine lol. we tried everything to get it to ding that magical 4 digit mark but alas it was not meant to be. this was my last pull. 91 octane with a single 10GPH meth nozzle, 16* timing 20 psi.

Yes. Untuned on the same ls6 tune and low boost it was 40+ horse. I made 887 on C16 before the hi ram and throttle body. Made my numbers yesterday on 91 octane and meth. So pretty safe to say the intake and throttle body were worth 70+ horse at 20 psi.

Did yours have any casting issues concerning the port alignment?

well heres an overlay of my very first dyno seession with last nights dyno session. car joined the 4 digit club on its very first pull with the exact same settings as the old 80mm turbo. it made 81 more horse with no changes. turned it up 4 psi and it made 142 more horse than my previous best. i drove this car 15 miles to the dyno and then drove it home without a hiccup. all on 91 octane. im pretty jazzed.
