Vacuum Leak

Vacuum Leak I have my 5.3L swap in a 64 chevelle running, but it runns "rough" and the LTFT readings are maxed out at +25%. If I understand this correctly, it means that the engine thinks it has a lean condition but is usually caused by a vacuum leak which is putting more air in the engine than expected, and the PCM is adding fuel in an attempt to correct this condition.
I remember when I put the valley cover on that the gaskets/grommets that go in the valley cover where the knock sensors are were not in the best of shape and I never got around to changing them before I put the engine in the car. Could my vacuum leak be from this area? Anyone have any experience with this?
