Im posting this here to get a better feedback as many of you have done the swap and know what it takes and what it cost. im goin to just give the run down on the car and see about what it worth. Im getting out of performance cars for awhile as its time to start a family.


Car was put together the last 4 months in my garage. Car starts every time and runs great. This is my first auto setup so its still alittle strange to me with the th350 and big stall. Cars no show winner but needs a fender and small body work with paint to be super nice. The motor is a '08 ly5 with 55k miles on it. When i got it i tore it down to the short block and tapped and plugged all the oil towers in the valley. I then replaced the headgaskets and head bolts on the 243's. Trying not to make this a noval so heres the mod/parts list.

Bads/needs

Cowl is alittle dent from hood pin failure to latch lol also a dent on the roof that can be popped out. Car has a cobra II hood on it now, which is basicly a cobra r style hood with a scoop. Ill include the damaged 3" cowl with the car
Also the front driver fender couls need replacing and some small work on the door.And a small dent that someone started fixing on the rear quarter, guess previous owner side swiped something.

Needs crackcase vent setup or a catchcan. I have a rig on it now but nothing special. ALso nees overflow as the ol gatorade bottle is being used at the moment.


Car currently has a holley on it but is not included. Its not my carb and i havnt been able to purchase one i like yet. i know this is kinda a **** in the sale but we can drive the car and all with carb or bring yours and we can slap it on. I do have and will include the ly5 intake/harness/and ecu with the car. ALso the fox's motor harness and a9p computer if wanted.

Im sure im missing somethings but you get the idea, also car still has manual pedals in it if someone wanted to go t56.
