Where to buy reflashed computer? (4 questions)

Where to buy reflashed computer? (4 questions) so I hear about VATS, and rear O2 sensors and all that stuff. It seems like it would be easiest to get my computer reflashed, or to buy one "new".
I have a stock 5.3 out of a Yukon. The only real upgrade is long tube headers, and I am getting one of those cold air intake tubes to replace the big ugly stock truck air box.
So my questions are:
1. Where to buy reflashed computers? (cheap. I am out of money for this project)
2. Can they provide me with any performance upgrades tune-wise?
3. Is there another option for eliminating VATS and rear O2 sensors myself?
4. Anyone in the Maryland area know a shop that can reflash nearby?

I have seen PCM that are already flashed with a basic tune and disabled DTC's on eBay.
If you already have one. Check with the Sponsor's here on the forum for a Mail order tun (I used Wait4meperformance, they were pretty cheap and quick, at least for me they were).

PSI is the Place to get PCM at Great Deal you can send them yours and have it Flashed with the Tune you need are you can Buy a new PCM from them with the Tune you need on it.
I have a New PCM on my Car From PSI and it has worked Great from day1 it needs a Little more Tuning on get but its a good Base Tune and i have been driving the car for the last year like it is.
If you look to the Right of the Screen at the bottom part of the page you will see a PSI add if you click on it it will take you to the PSI web page.
Tell them Chris Crews Sent you.
