Im using the truck exhaust manifold on the passenger side fliped foward and up(putting the turbo right above it) but for my driver side I need to run it foward and down which the truck manifold goes into the frame and wont work , I need something that will angle out towards the wheel well

You can cut the manifold higher up and weld a v-band at an angle you need it to clear. On my Chevelle project I had to cut the Vband I had already welded to the left manifold off at an angle and rotate it untill I got the correct angle and then reweld it.
