Got my swap running, only to have to disconnect the battery to get it to shut off. Well, now it wont start and my generic scanner is only giving me a P1336 code. For crank relearn. Gotta have a running engine to do the crank relearn! HELP!!!

Yup, that has since been fixed however the car wont start now.
