Default Flywheel gm#12621399

Hey guys Im in the process of swapping a 2004 LQ4 in my 1987 caprice and was wondering if the flexplate thats still attached to LQ4 would work with just adding a spacer or would part #12621399 work. I've been seeing different reviews on it through google....That if i buy that part number I get flexplate, spacer, and the bolts...BUT when I go to Jegs it shows an image of the flexplate and you can clearly see the bolts and spacer attached to it. But scroll down it says that I need to buy spacer and bolts seperately...WHAT GIVES HERE or how can I go ahead and get this bolted to my 700???

It used to be a complete kit that included everything but last year GM changed it so you have to buy the parts separately which costs more $$.

As for bolting it up to a 700r4 I do not know if this works for that or not.
