Default G8 bolt pattern and Camaro bolt pattern

The 1967 Camaro wheel bolt pattern is 5x4.75 or 5x120.65, the G8 bolt pattern is 5x4.72 or 5x120. Is this close enough to interchange parts? I am planning on ordering Wilwood front wheel hubs and put the Ponitac G8 rotor on them, then make a bracket to use the G8 caliper. is .65 enough to matter or has anyone else done a similar project or swapped wheels between the 2?

No, it's not close enough.

You couldn't run the wheels with the different bolt patterns, that would be unsafe. However if you just want to put the rotors onto the hubs then re-drilling them to the correct bolt pattern is easy and would be perfectly fine. You would still need 5 x 4.75 wheels to match the pattern on the hub.

I wouldn't be surprised if those G8 rotors slipped right on the Wilwood hubs, we're only talking maybe 0.65 millimeters here, guys (depending on tolerances).
I am aware of several W-bodies (Grand Prix, Regal, 00+ Impala) running Mustang wheels without a problem. Technically, the W-body lug pattern is 115mm, and the Mustang pattern is 4.5" (114.3mm). Heck, even F-body rotors drilled for the 4.75" pattern slip on the 115mm W-body hub.

Don't a lot of Chevelle and Camaro guys run BMW wheels which are the 5x120mm bolt pattern? .65mm is really freaking small.

.65 mm is .025 inches

IMHO the wheels and rotors will bolt right on like they where made for each other.

I am going to order the hubs in the next couple days - so I'll let you know. Anybody know of any other less expensive hubs than the wilwood hubs?
