Will this fitting work with Corvette regulator?

I know the two "prongs" on the one side take a quick connect fitting, but for the other side, will this work? (I have 6AN fittings to screw onto the threaded side)

Will work just fine. Just remember not to make the connection to the filter until you are sure you won't have to take it apart, unless you have the tool to do so.
