Converting fox to 5x4.75 bolt pattern

Im currently working on putting a lm7 in my 87 foxbody. While i have the entire front suspention apart i was wondering was there a way to convert it to a 5x4.75 instead of 5x4.5 bolt pattern when going 5 lug

I redrilled the pattern on my Chevy truck to passenger car pattern to use some mag wheel that I had. It depends on what the hub is shaped like.
