Default ls into 82 Caddy
What are the best mounts and pan to use? Stock motor is the 4100.

Realistically, I think you have a LOT of options. That car has a ton of space under the hood and, looking at Wikipedia, at least one of the engine options appears to have been an Olds V8 and another a Buick V6, so... I'm guess the mount holes are in the frame for pretty much any GM V8 you can throw at it. That said, and not knowing Caddys very well, I'm thinking that you might want to look at some of the B-Body (Caprice, Parisienne, etc) build threads.

most of those threads dont list companys or parts like mounts, as far as ive seen.

im in the process of doing a similar build, a lq9 escalade motor in my 77' coupe deville. i went with an F-body pan from a 2005 camaro
