C5 regulator and boost reference regulator

Dumb question but can you use a C5 regulator in conjunction with an adjustable boost referenced fuel regulator like an Aeormotive? Why? Don't wan to run 15ft of return line if I don't have to.

2 regulators wouldn't make sence. Just mount the vette regulator close to the tank, or use the boost reference regulator. If you use the boost reference regulator you have to run the line whether you wanted to or not.
