I have pretty much had to design my cooling system around my S400 in my build, lol. Everything gets moved for the turbo! Are you doing a full 5" exhaust on it or splitting it for duals?

I am planning on doing full 5" and then dumping it before the axle. If its too loud I will look into doing a dual setup after that.

Its been a busy summer, I haven't had any time to touch the car but over the past week or so I have been able to start final assembly. I updated the 1st post!

The factory o2 sensors just go in the pipes after the manifolds before the turbo. The wideband is in the downpipe, about 30" from the turbo.

The turbo blanket I found online, I don't remember where.

Well I finally got a real tune in it. On our shop dynojet it made 635 whp @ 12 psi on 93 octane, and it made 843 whp @ 20 psi on 110 octane, it was spinning pretty bad. This thing rips on 110.

If you would be willing to talk to me. I would appreciate it.
I am most likely ditching the ls1 spray this winter. I want my car to end up similar to yours.

I took it to the track for the first time ever a couple weeks ago. It ran consistently 9.6-9.7 @ 142. Not too bad for the first time out. The converter was way too tight and I broke one of the stock rear axles with the trans brake. It was coming out of the hole very slow and I had a weird stumble the top of 1st gear. A week later equipped with new Factory 10 axles I went again but still couldn't get it to come out hard so I didn't go any faster and it still had a stumble in 1st.

So I pulled the converter and sent it out to be loosened up. I also ordered a Glenn's Performance sleeper gas tank and some CalTracs. All of which I installed yesterday. Hopefully next time at the track I will go a bit faster!

The Unisteer power rack kit is awesome. Fits great and works great! I can tell you however that eBay tubular control arms will interfere with it and the control arms need some "clearancing". I am going to put my stock arms back on soon.
