Remote oil filter mount. What is available?

I think I am going to modify the back of my F Body pan so I can put a rear steer rack in and still keep the lower pan profile vs. a GTO pan. At any rate the oil filter looks like it will need to be moved. This is on a 4.8 (LR4?). I have seen some different filter adapters that bolt to the side of the block but I think I need the style that threads into the oil filter hole. I think Canton makes one but I can't find a picture of one installed. It is a little pricey too. Are there any other options? Could I make one out of an oil filter?

I have a moroso remote mount in my mustang I also have the moroso pull oil pan so it is-10 hose to the remote oil filter block.

I am currently looking at doing this also on my swap. There are multiple vendors out there that sell kits. Summit racing sells complete kits for LS1 style motors.
