lq4 mod questions (newbie)
lq4 mod questions (newbie) hey nembie here,
i got a complete lq4, just doing some light mods to swap in a s10
so far im leaning toward the ls6 intake from z06, but depending on the money i was thinking of the fast intake. they have a part number for the lq4 but its just as massive as the stock one. so i would really like the shortest but best intake. i do want to run a stock hood.
i have been searching for a specfic cam that would ideal?
far as the lq4 heads do the vary between motors? like ls2 etc? or what would be ideal for heads that would work on the iron block?
thanks my head is so brain washed from reading different sites, i do have the " how to modify ls engines" book but it doesnt give me simlarities to what i need more specfic on what they are working on in the book.
