Another option for the carb guys.

$160 plus the factory frod edis parts (approx $50 total used). Less at u-wrench-it r pick a part.

My buddy is building a rat rod with a 6.0L and his new msd box did not work right out of the box, new. Sent it back and they said he had to wait cause they were out of stock. What kind of major car parts supplier is out of stock? Give me a break.

I actually had a Holley commander 950 TBI system on my car, was interested in the Holley HP system, and if it wasn't for lack of response on a follow up question, I'd probably have it (Holley, if you're listening, you lost a sale because someone didn't respond to email). My IAC motor kept sticking open, and I had a track weekend I wanted to attend. I ended up getting POed and buying a reman Edelbrock Thunder AVS 800 and sticking it on the car two days before the race. You know what? I'm impressed. Real impressed.

Using my wide band O2 sensor to tune it, along with throttle response, it was a breeze to tune. My car gets around 20 MPG at 80 MPH in 6th gear. It's got an internally stock LS1 longblock from a 2001 corvette, edelbrock musclecar headers, and edelbrock carb intake. The rear axle ratio is 3.73.

Did you trying calling them? With just about any company, a phone call will get much quicker response than an email, one of probably 1000 emails a day they get. The problem is, even though emails like yours are ones that could use attention, 99% of them are just people goofing around on the internet and asking questions about things they don't own, and have no intention to buy.

Nope. I get tired of having to chase people down. I do it all the time at work, and in other various hobbies, often getting noncommital responses or no responses. I've gotten to the point where I give people I don't know exactly one chance, and then move on. Besides, the contact was through their official "contact us" form on their site. And then via reply email to the gent who specified the build I'd need for my application. And then through their forum.

Nadda. .

Since I was unhappy about the IAC motor anyway (this did not come up in my sales inquiry, btw) and I was feeling the clock ticking on the road race weekend, I punted. I'm happy with the carb. It gets the job done.
