dual fans switch on at start up
I have fbody dual fans and like to run a high speed set up only, I've tried two ways of wiring the relays - both times the fans switched once I started the car.
my guess would be a pcm tuning issue. or the temp sender
here's how its currently set up:

Launching!
I would start by checking your green wire to terminal 85 with the relay disconnected with the key on engine off. Take a test light to B+ and to #85 connector and see if it lights when the engine is cooled off. You may also want to check to be sure that this same wire is not always gounded between the relay and the pcm. Let me know what you come up with.

Do you have the check engine light hooked up? In some cases the fan will run when the check engine light is not hooked up because it sets a code. Additionally, other fault codes can turn the fan on as well.
