Ls3 map sensor into an f body, will it work?

Ls3 map sensor into an f body, will it work? I have a lq9 with an ls3 top end that's going into an f-body using a 2000 PCM. I know the connector is different but will the ls3 sensor work with the PCM I have . Both have 5volt ref and signal wires but the f body has a ground and the ls3 has low reference ( bus signal). Will the ground wire into the ls3 map with out issues or do i not connect it? Or do I just stick with the stock map?
I have both sensors and connectors for each.

The only difference I can find is in the wording of the circuit. The ' low reference' is nothing but an internal ground in the PCM. Both the map and the maf have their own ground circuits in the ls1 PCM anyways.

they work if you reset the calibration in the pcm
they values should be... Linear 128.13, offset 0 (it should actually be -0.3, but the ls1 pcm doesnt allow values below 0, so you set it to zero and that 0.3 wont really matter in the end anyways)
depending on the ECU, you may also have a linear "B" as well, then "B" should be set to 42.71

Yes I didn't think you'd have the ability to also set up the PCM for it. I should have said you can't just wire it in and go. But that you'd have to recalibrate the PCM settings.
