Default need some help

i'm having a problem with my ls1 in my s10. i'm finishing up the swap, or trying to at least. here's the problem. the engine doesn't seem to be running on all cylinders. i checked and i'm getting spark to all the plugs and they're brand new plugs (NGK TR55). I had my injectors cleaned today, but they couldn't pressure test them because the guy who works the machine was off. i can crank the engine up and take the injector wires off one by one. when i take the wires off numbers 1,2,7,8, the engine will start to stumble. when i take the wires off numbers 3,4,5,6, nothing happens. i have all my wires and sensors hooked up. but no matter what, i can't get it to run right. i talked to a mechanic i go to church with and he said it sounded like i might have a vacume leak. i can't find a hose loose or anything. anybody have any suggestions?

Not knowing what procedure they used to clean them, I would take battery power up to each injector (positive and negative wires from the battery) and power each injector up to make sure they click. To do this, unhook the wiring harness from the injectors, hold the negative wire from the battery on one injector terminal, and then touch and release the positive wire to the other injector terminal. They should "click" indicating that they are at least functional.

Beyond that it's hard to say for sure.
Do you know if the engine ran good before the swap?

i figured out what it was. the guy who made my harness messed up and put the driver's side coil wires to the pass side and vice versa. i switched them like he told me but either he told me wrong or i misunderstood and i switched a couple wires. everything is running good now. thing sounds mean as hell. thanks for the reply.
